August 4, 2023 at 2:22 amWent there ordered 2 monogram pendants for Christmas for grandkids. I ordered white gold. And was told I get 2 chains with them. I go pick them up and they are yellow gold. He said well what u want me to do. I said fix them. I went back to pick them up. This time the girls one the names is spelled wrong. Left with the boys get home and my husband said one of the letters is bent. Went back to see if the girls was ready and bring back the bent one. Well now the girls one was not ready and the boys one is getting fixed. That was my fourth trip there. I was told when I bought them I was getting a chain for both but only got 1 chain. Spent 600 dollars and still not right.
