They are always so friendly and treat you like they’ve known you for years. Such a nice atmosphere. Lou helped me find the disc that I wanted then pick out a zodiac charm to be put on the disc, engrave it and pick a chain to complete it. He Is A perfectionist for detail right down to Wrapping of the gift. I am in awe Every time I look at the message that he put on the back of the disc with such Impeccable Penmanship In such a small area. When my daughter opened the box The first thing she noticed was how Polished it was, and how he arranged it in the box. She just loved it!
