January 2, 2024 at 9:56 pmWe bought a platinum diamond ring less than 4 months ago. Was only worn on special occasions. This morning my wife noticed the the middle section diamond and housing was missing. We went back to the store to show them the ring. They inspected the ring and said the stem to the housing broke. They said the warranty does not cover the replacement of the missing pieces. It was clearly a quality control as we have done nothing to damage the ring. I do NOT recommend doing any type of business with this jeweler.
