July 18, 2023 at 5:24 pmNasty people. Both husband and wife. Awful customer service as well as their trade work. Took an expensive IronMan watch for a simple battery replacement. Yesterday. Monday. Today, Tuesday, it is all fogged up and messed up. We called them to explain situation. Both husband and wife are accusing us and blaming it on the watch. My suspicions were confirmed yesterday when my husband said, nobody comes to their shop. I am not surprised. Everyone needs to be wary of trusting them with anything valuable.

August 29, 2023 at 11:25 pmActually, we are very clean people. We provide the best customer service as possible. We have been in business for 20 years and are still in business…going strong. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone. So, in this case, the customer wore his watch in the shower which caused the fogged. His wife called us up screaming and cussing at us for his negligence. We trie to calm her down by asking her to bring it in so we can check it out, but that didn’t work. We ended up having to block her number because she continually called to harassed us while we were busy with other customers. We actually have a wonderful customer base that is still growing by the grace of God. Our customers trust us very much with their valuable and precious jewelry and watches. It is really sad how this couple became so ugly and vicious towards us….(mainly the wife the husband never said a word)

July 6, 2023 at 3:25 pmTook my ring to get welded together to the wedding band. My husband picked it up and put it back in the ring box. Did not open the ring box until our wedding. Did not wear the ring until the wedding. 30 minutes later two of the stones fell out. They absolutely refused to fix their mistake or take the band off. There’s a reason why their prices are so cheap.

August 29, 2023 at 11:08 pmAllwe did was solder 2 rings together. Her husband inspected the rings when he picked them up and was pleased (we have this on video). The 2 stones did not fall out during our care as she claimed. She did not buy the ring from us, and we are not responsible for any manufacturing defects. They have had the ring for a week before she brought it back. She was told we do not have moissanite stones that we would have to order them, and she would have to leave the ring for an estimate. She refused to leave it and demanded to have the rings separated and then she commented that she would not be back. She was told it will be $18 for the work. She did not want to pay anything and said she will have her husband to come and take care of it. As a Master Jeweler for 20 plus years, I know for a fact that the 2 stones would not and did not come out when the two rings were soldered together as she was told. Also, we inspected the ring before we called for pick up. We understand she is upset and wants to blame us, but we are not to be blamed for something we did not do!
