April 23, 2021 at 11:11 pmOn 3/4/21 went into Citystyles313 to have my Cartier glasses upgraded with bigger diamonds, repaired and new lenses put in, also to buy a pair of Buff glasses. Took 2 months to get Cartier back, found out Diamonds wasn’t authentic and lenses I couldn’t see at all. Buff glasses I was told after I left more than half the money on them and waiting on lenses for them were not registered (which means fake). Requested a refund and was told I can get an in store credit.. Had to take my Cartier glasses elsewhere to have authentic Diamonds put in as well as the correct lenses.. At no time was I told Buff’s wasn’t registered and Diamonds wasn’t authentic until after I had already been in the store multiple times about this matter.. Have texts with the owner/overseer to prove it, who by the way kept my receipt and threatened to call police on me..
