Purchased a white gold wedding ring for Christmas, do given on Christmas day, roughly 5 days later the ring was scratched uniformly around the centre, even though the ring wearer hadn’t been out of the house went into the store where 1 staff member stated they would recoat and polish as a goodwill gesture on this occasion, after this was done and ring collected, less than 5 hours of being worn, yet again scratched, my old wedding ring of 20 years was in better condition, emailed the store and received no response from them at all, you don’t expect something costing do much to scratch like a £20 ring of holiday, very dissapointed not only in the product but the attitude of the staff.
