March 8, 2024 at 11:35 pmPoor customer service. I bought a set of bangles on 3/4/24 and went home to realize that the charms were about soldered on 10 millimeter apart on one and 20 on the other. It’s fixable so I went back on 3/8/24. Before going, I called to confirm that they closed at 6. I hurried after work and got there at 5:30. I showed them what needed to fixed and they said I got there too late. I could come back tomorrow or leave it to pick up another day. I explained that I only came because they told me they closed at 6 and I’m there at 5:30. They said they’re shut down and cant fix it for me… I told them I came very far and did not want to do another 2 hour round trip in addition to the time I already spent. We went back forth but then I told them I understood and let me return. No refund. Icing on the cake? “You should have checked before you left” 🙄
