March 26, 2024 at 1:03 amI was in Kay’s Jewelry on Monday, March 25 at approx 1:15. It will be my last time ever to come into the store.
I came in and was greeted by a friendly gal, but that’s where the positive ends. The other person working, I am assuming the manager or head person at the time, dark hair basically gave me a lecture on when to where my ring and when not to. I do know those things. However, on one side of the ring that was done for me, it has one spot that catches onto my nice dresses etc. This is NOT as I am putting the dress on, it is when I am wearing it to an event. Or on other clothing it does the same thing. (My son and husband bought a lab created diamond there and had it mounted. ) Not only did I get the lecture from this lady, she had other things to do so walked off on me when I actually wanted to address her and tell her that there absolutely is an issue with the ring no matter what she said to me. I felt she was disrespectful and made sure that I knew she had learned A LOT in THIS INDUSTRY.
Therefore, I don’t need to purchase things where I am not treated as an equal or like someone with an honest concern. It’s not one bit pleasurable wearing a ring that catches on my clothing. I won’t be back again nor will I have any good comments to make other than the person who greeted me was kind.
