December 22, 2021 at 7:15 pmI bought a mens natural yellow Diamond ring in 18K gold. Upon looking into insurance I had to take it to be appraised.
I had bought the ring and about two weeks later the stone fell out. I took it back to the jeweler and he said it fell out because when the sized the ring they didn’t do it properly causing a large crack in the back of the band.
When I took it to have it appraised, the first thing that shocked me was when they told me it was only 14K gold not 18K which my receipt shows and I was told. Then they proceeded to tell me the stone had a huge fracture in it. Now when I bought the ring, I had looked at the stone with the owners jewelers loop. There was NO huge fracture in it. So when he replaced the stone he replaced it with a much less quality stone.
After complaining to him about it, he just got childish calling me names, etc.
I have an acquaintance who just so happens to be a FRIEND of Jeff, the owner. He told me the exact same situation happened to him. So if he would do this to a friend he will most certainly do it to a stranger.
DO NOT do business with this fraud. And tell everyone you know NOT to shop there.
