November 6, 2022 at 5:06 pmZero stars. Purchased a watch band that wound up irritating my skin and causing rashes. Went to return it barely worn and in new condition within seven days as clearly stated on the receipt, and they refused to exchange it for another item as I was willing to do, I was not looking for a refund. I did not resize the item, the store did at purchase. The manger Jason clearly has no interest assisting customers after an item is purchased and does not stand behind his work or products. Buyer beware.
Jason, can you explain to me what was not in the in the original state that I purchased? I purchased it after being resized by your store and could have been easily put back to the original size with extra pieces all returned in new condition. Your argument is flawed as are your customer service skills.
