December 19, 2023 at 11:10 pmAfter buying a watch at Kay Jewelers across the hall from Carolina Jewelers. We were informed Kay did not do in house engraving, so we too the watch to Carolina Jewelers. Nasir was so hospitable, even though we had not purchased the watch at his store. When picking up the watch, Nasir looked at my wedding ring and asked me to let him polish it. We were treated like long time customers, when in fact we only made a $36 engraving purchase. Keep up the great job Nasir. Customer service is everything. We will definitely be back to do some business together. Thanks for a lovely experience.
