March 8, 2023 at 7:04 pmMy experience with this jewelry store has been extremely unsatisfactory and I would not recommend anyone taking their treasured piece of jewelry for any repairs here. All is well until you bring their attention to a repair that was not satisfactory and they turn into Jekyll and Hyde and start becoming belligerent and condescending. Should you be dissatisfied with their services you are better off not voicing it to them. Walk away and and ” cut your losses” to save your dignity and from being verbally assaulted by both owners and the Blonde lady working with them. They are inexperienced when it comes to antique vintage jewelry. Take your business to a more experienced, reputable jeweler instead.
