July 17, 2023 at 8:34 pmI just want to share my experience at Michael Hill store in Willowbrook Mall. July 19, 2023 on Monday 11am. I am looking for my wife’s gift for our 25th wedding anniversary. I been to three jewelry store in Willowbrook mall and two store are average sale approached friendly and helpful, but the last stop in Michael Hill store is very welcoming friendly staff specially Cory Estrada. She showed me few jewelry and some are over my budget but she’s not judging I told her my budget and she show me few more options which I really like and I am sure my wife will love it too. I spend more than my budget because Cory’s help she makes my shopping really comfortable and not very pushy very helpful she really help me a lot. I just want to say that Cory is a great employee and I am sure I will come back for many more occasions purchases and I will ask for Cory Estrada for assistance and recommendations.
