I just wanted to say purchase before Christmas 12/2023 from day one I been having issues with this web site on my purchase that is over $900.
I reach out to the company email and called but no call back only email. The issue that I had was that I bought paper clip twisted bracelet and it broke not even 5 minutes when I used it for the first time. Supper thin and I informed the company that I feel for sure not the only one who claimed about this it which also had a not in the box delicate, or something to those words. I ask for refund they said No only store credit yes mid you the offer to pay for the return delivery don’t get me wrong that is nice but now today 2/17/24 when going to use my store credit it didn’t apply and charged again my credit card. I notified my credit card and babygold on email/ telephone to apply my store credit and refund the check back to my card. Now I am just waiting. Let’s see if they will fix my issue. Not a satisfied customer and they said satisfaction guaranteed. Not sure about that.

As I looked at the bracelet, I can see that the metal is extremely soft very easily to bend. Regardless went back-and-forth on emails. They needed a picture before they could do anything else. When I clearly stated in my first email I want a refund, the answer should’ve been you won’t get one since this is a custom order. Not please send me a picture first. Now I get a email today saying my order is being processed and will receive it in 2 weeks. When I clearly asked for this to be expedited as its a gift. I just order a custom bracelet from ring concierge, great quality and really easy to work with.
