December 27, 2022 at 6:17 pmHorrible customer service. Another customer and I were there for 15 minutes while 2 workers were behind the counter and seen us both multiple times. Continuing, I had to get the attention of both associates. As our encounter started, the lady was very rude and had an attitude. My sister and I got charms and bracelets for Christmas so of course, we did not receive any sort of card for the charms to be put on. The lady rudely said it would be $5 per charm and it’s something new they started around 2 months ago. What if the charms were bought before then? No card showing purchased from Dillard’s James Avery would’ve been given. Very poor, unprofessional and will not be going back!
