June 10, 2022 at 9:48 pmI took a chain in to have the lobster clasp replaced. Jose the jeweler fixed my chain. When I got home I realized that he didnโt put the old lobster clasp in my bag. I called the store and Jose said he forgot. I asked him to mail it to me. Jose told me it would costs $25 to mail. They should give my old piece back. The prices of gold these days are expensive. Why should the store keep it, to get richer then they are already.
