May 25, 2021 at 8:57 pmUsed the store before 2-3x bought some earrings she asked if needed something else. Always told they don’t do refunds just exchanges. She seemed nice it was an ok transaction. I told her I needed heart with some diamonds I told her I wouldn’t need it till may at the time it was February she said that fine I can pay she found it right away I paid half now the rest ill pay in May. Turns out I my wife had something similar. I call in let her know wanted to exchange let me wife pick something she liked and didn’t have. I am no told no exchanges its been to long but I bought it 2 days ago. You can’t change rules on people just because you feel like it.
