July 26, 2022 at 11:51 pmSo I agreed to get a chain made with them. The deal was 75 grams for $6500. He told me it would be ready in 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I called and they said it’s not ready and they would call me when it was but tops 3 weeks. One week later I called without them giving me any updates, they said not ready, we will call you when it is. No apologies. On the 4th week they tell me it’s ready. So I go pick it up and it’s only 69 grams so he tells me he’s only giving me back $240. When 6500 divided by 75 is $87/gram so it should had been the over $400. He said it was because of labor which is already worked in to the per gram price and how can he charge labor on something he didn’t do. The customer service was terrible and I really did think they were going to rip me off based on how shady they were being about when it would be ready. He told me if anything is wrong it’s my fault because I rushed him when I only went off what he told me. I took a picture of his metal license and his wife said she needed my id for the credit card after she already ran it and took a picture of it. I will never do business with them again.
