May 2, 2023 at 6:53 pmIf I could leave no stars I would. The lady that works here is rude and doesn’t know how to fix watches. They just love to charge and charge. Today I went after she so called fixed a watch for me not even two weeks and it fell apart just from putting it on this morning. I took the watch with the proof that she had just fixed it again less than two weeks ago and she tells me to take it somewhere else to fix and to leave. When she told me to leave i requested my money back and she threaten to call the cops on me when I asked her for a refund. The lady then gets loud with me and when I told her to call the cops that I have done nothing wrong she comes around the table to gets in my face as if she was going to hit me. I then became loud with her and told her that now I want her to call the cops since she is aggressive. An employee of Sedano’s came out to tell her that she needs to retreat her customers better. At this point I left because I was there with my daughter and seen the entire disrespect that was given to me.
Stay away bad services, merchandise is cheap!!
