I reached out to him on Etsy for a custom-designed jewelry piece, and he has been professional, helpful, competent, and patient from start to finish. He worked with me on every detail I desired to my satisfaction, and was very communicative and responded quickly! If you custom order anything, obviously it will take time because he had to design the tooling and prep the piece, so I have no problem with how long it took and he was very open with his communication the entire time. The necklace is stunning even in pictures and better-looking in real life and the amount of detail Bruce put into it is astounding. For the cherry on the sundae, he even shipped the necklace quickly and I got it in three days during the pandemic! He is honest and upfront with the whole process and is someone I took a chance on and now know I can trust with my money to deliver the vision of what I want to see and get. I am very, very pleased. If you go with Bruce and Celestial Ringdom, you’ll be able to get a quality good from a quality seller. Absolutely no complaints and totally recommended.
